at the discounted rate, you will be responsible for the metered electricity at
each site. To ensure a quick departure, we will charge your card and send you a
receipt for the electricity used. Renters who stay 30 days or more will receive
an electric bill invoice, which will be sent out by the 6th. Electric bills are
due by the 15th; a $15 late fee will be applied. You can then be on your way
quickly; we will charge your card and send you a receipt for the electricity
used. We encourage you to take meter readings upon arrival and
just before departure for your records. For sites that are not
metered, a charge of $5 per day will be applied in advance.
