Arrival
We are located at 327 Core Creek Road in Beaufort, North Carolina, about five miles from the historic Beaufort waterfront, directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. Full directions and a map link are in the footer of every page.
The office is generally open Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you are arriving outside those hours, call ahead so we can arrange your arrival.
Check-in and check-out times differ between RV sites and the rental properties. Confirmed times are sent with your reservation — call the office if you need them before booking.

Late arrivals are usually possible with advance notice. Call the office before your travel day so we can leave instructions and site details for you.

RV stays
Sites are full hook-up — water, sewer and electric. Beaufort Waterway sites carry 20, 30 and 50 amp service; Core Creek Marina sites are listed with 50 amp service.
Published dimensions and maximum lengths are shown on each site listing. Length alone does not determine fit — call with your length, slide-outs and tow vehicle and we will match you to a site.
Electricity billing differs by stay length and site type. RV sites and Vacation Rentals that are not metered pay $5 per day for stays of 8 days or more, payable prior to arrival.
Yes. Extended stays are arranged through the office rather than sold online, so call to discuss dates and rates.
Vehicle allowances are listed per site and range from one to two vehicles alongside the RV. Additional parking is available for a fee — arrange it at the office.

Rental stays
We have three Cozy Cabins on the Coast of roughly 400 square feet, a Country Farmhouse of roughly 2,000 square feet, and a retro-themed studio apartment. Our Florida rental, RiverBend Site 80, is a separate property in LaBelle, Florida, but you can book it through us. There is a coach house and privacy on both sides of the lot, and it looks over the lake with a view of the fountain.
The Country Farmhouse fits up to 6 people, the Cabins fit 4, and the Studio fits 2.
Linens and towels are provided. The rentals are furnished for a self-catering stay — cooking utensils, cookware, dishes, cups and glasses are included.

Facilities
The park has free fiber-optic Wi-Fi for guests.
Yes — a coin-operated laundry room. Legacy pricing listed the washer at $1.75 and the dryer at $1.50; bring quarters, and check current pricing at the office.
Yes, a bathhouse with a shower and restroom, plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Ice is sold at the office in 10 lb bags.

Pets
Pets are welcome in the RV sites and Vacation Rentals. A pet fee applies to those staying in a Vacation Rental. Pets must be leashed in common areas and cleaned up after. Full pet rules are provided with your reservation.
There are open green areas throughout the park, including a large grassy area near the Core Creek sites, and the roads are quiet enough for a comfortable walk.
Service animals are accommodated in line with applicable law. Contact the office directly to discuss your stay — service animal arrangements are handled separately from our ordinary pet policy and pet fees.

Boating & Fishing
Yes. The private boat ramp is available to registered guests, and trailer parking is arranged through the office.
Core Creek Marina has wet slips and lifts. Availability and terms change, so call the office rather than relying on published inventory.
Yes — two fishing piers, one with a cleaning station, and bank fishing from the waterfront sites. A North Carolina fishing licence may be required; check current state rules.
Charters and boat rentals are operated by independent third-party companies. The office can point you to local operators, but booking and payment are handled by them.
North Carolina coastal recreational fishing licences are issued by the state and sold online through the official licensing portal, as well as by many local tackle shops.
Red drum, speckled trout and flounder are the usual inshore targets, with seasonal runs in the inlet and offshore. The Crystal Coast fish information pages describe the species found locally and where they are taken.
Guests fish from the piers, launch from the private ramp, or work the marsh creeks by kayak. An interactive spot map helps you plan the water before you leave the park.
The National Weather Service marine forecast for the Carteret County coast is the reference most guests use, alongside the local tide tables.
Yes — Tides4Fishing publishes a combined tide, solunar and weather forecast for Beaufort, which many guests use to plan a morning on the water.
Passenger ferries run from Beaufort and Harkers Island to Cape Lookout National Seashore in season. Schedules are set by the ferry operators and the National Park Service.

Payments & cancellations
RV sites and North Carolina rentals are booked through our online reservation system or by calling the office. RiverBend Site 80 in Florida is booked through its own rental contact.
Refunds are calculated from the notice you give before your scheduled check-in:
- 100% refund — cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in, by 11:59 p.m. EST.
- 50% refund — cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in.
- No refund — cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in. There are no exceptions.
We will be happy to transfer your reservation to a later date if the new date is available and the exchange is made at least 7 days before your original arrival date. The exchange is allowed once, is subject to owner approval, and carries a $50 admin fee.
We do not give rental refunds or credits for early departures or for changes made during your stay, and refunds are not available once you have checked in.
Applicable state and occupancy taxes are shown at checkout in the reservation system. The office can confirm the breakdown for extended stays.

Yes. Rates vary by season, site type and length of stay. Current rates are shown in the reservation system — older figures published on previous pages should not be relied on.

Directions
The park is on Core Creek Road in Beaufort. Use the directions link in the footer to open the location in your maps application, and call the office if your navigation takes you somewhere unexpected.
Guests regularly arrive in Class A coaches and fifth wheels. Call the office before your travel day for the approach we recommend for large rigs.
The marina is on the Intracoastal Waterway. Contact the office about transient dockage before you plan an arrival by water.
