Arrival
We are on Core Creek Road in Beaufort, North Carolina, about five miles from the historic Beaufort waterfront, directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. Full directions and a map link are in the footer of every page.
The office is generally open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to noon, and closed Sunday. If you are arriving outside those hours, call ahead so we can arrange your arrival.
Check-in and check-out times differ between RV sites and the rental properties. Confirmed times are sent with your reservation — call the office if you need them before booking.

RV stays
Sites are full hook-up — water, sewer and electric. Beaufort Waterway sites carry 20, 30 and 50 amp service; Core Creek Marina sites are listed with 50 amp service.
Published dimensions and maximum lengths are shown on each site listing, and where the office has not published a figure we say so rather than estimate. Length alone does not determine fit — call with your length, slide-outs and tow vehicle and we will match you to a site.
Electricity billing differs by stay length and site type. The current arrangement is confirmed by the office at booking.

Yes. Extended stays are arranged through the office rather than sold online, so call to discuss dates and rates.
Vehicle allowances are listed per site and range from one to two vehicles alongside the RV. Additional parking is available for a fee — arrange it at the office.

Rental stays
Three Cozy Cabins on the Coast, a country farmhouse of roughly 2,000 square feet, and a retro-themed studio apartment. Our Florida rental, RiverBend Site 80, is a separate property in LaBelle, Florida.
Occupancy is confirmed by the office for each property. We do not publish bed counts that have not been confirmed, so please call before booking for a group.

The rentals are furnished for a self-catering stay. Ask the office for the current inventory of linen, towels and kitchen equipment before you pack.

Facilities
The park has fibre-optic Wi-Fi. Legacy pages described the service inconsistently as both free and paid, so the current arrangement is confirmed by the office at check-in.

Yes — a coin-operated laundry room. Legacy pricing listed the washer at $1.75 and the dryer at $1.50; bring quarters, and check current pricing at the office.
Yes, a bathhouse with showers and restrooms, plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Ice is sold at the office. The legacy price listed was $3 per 10 lb bag — confirm current pricing when you arrive.

Pets
Pets are welcome in the RV sites and the cabins. A pet fee applies and pets must be leashed in common areas and cleaned up after. Full pet rules are provided with your reservation.

There are open green areas throughout the park, including a large grassy area near the Core Creek sites, and the roads are quiet enough for a comfortable walk.
Service animals are accommodated in line with applicable law. Contact the office directly to discuss your stay — service animal arrangements are handled separately from our ordinary pet policy and pet fees.

Boating
Yes. The private boat ramp is available to registered guests, and trailer parking is arranged through the office.
Core Creek Marina has wet slips and lifts. Availability and terms change, so call the office rather than relying on published inventory.
Yes — two fishing piers, one with a cleaning station, and bank fishing from the waterfront sites. A North Carolina fishing licence may be required; check current state rules.
Charters and boat rentals are operated by independent third-party companies. The office can point you to local operators, but booking and payment are handled by them.

Payments & cancellations
RV sites and North Carolina rentals are booked through our online reservation system or by calling the office. RiverBend Site 80 in Florida is booked through its own rental contact.
Cancellation terms differ by property and stay length, and are confirmed with your reservation. Contact the office for the terms that apply to your booking.

Directions
The park is on Core Creek Road in Beaufort. Use the directions link in the footer to open the location in your maps application, and call the office if your navigation takes you somewhere unexpected.
Guests regularly arrive in Class A coaches and fifth wheels. Call the office before your travel day for the approach we recommend for large rigs.
The marina is on the Intracoastal Waterway. Contact the office about transient dockage before you plan an arrival by water.

Local resources
The National Weather Service marine forecast for the Carteret County coast is the reference most guests use, alongside the local tide tables.
Passenger ferries run from Beaufort and Harkers Island to Cape Lookout National Seashore in season. Schedules are set by the ferry operators and the National Park Service.
The North Carolina Maritime Museum in Beaufort, the aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and the Beaufort Historic Site are all good rainy-day options. See our Food & Do page for more.
North Carolina coastal recreational fishing licences are issued by the state Division of Marine Fisheries and sold by many local tackle shops.
