Yes, you have to have a license to fish from off the bank of your RV site or our fishing pier at Beaufort Waterway RV Park.  Click on this link to the NC Wildlife Resources Commission.  Click on the Buy A License and follow the steps.  You will need a coastal fishing license to fish anywhere in Carteret County.

  • We wear disposable gloves when cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.
  • We clean our properties according to the CDC guidelines.
  • Gloves are discarded after each cleaning. We clean hands immediately after gloves are removed.
  • If surfaces are dirty, they will be cleaned using a detergent or soap and water prior to disinfection.
  • For disinfection, we use EPA-registered household disinfects like Clorox wipes and Lysol spray.
  • We use disinfecting products on our floors with PineSol.
  • We Launder items as appropriate in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. If possible, we launder items using the warmest appropriate water setting for the items and dry items completely. Our cleaning staff has been retrained on how to properly clean our bathhouse and vacation rentals. More importantly, we are open!
  • The great thing about RVs is you bring your own house and our sites are large enough to distance yourself from others.
  • IMPORTANT:  Our Laundry and Bathrooms are only opened during business hours to ensure they are cleaned after each visit.   We do have an outside shower on the left side of the office.  It is a great way to wash off the beach sand before you enter your RV.
  • If notice is given 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive 50% refund.
  • We will be glad to move your reservation to a later date if the date you choose is available and is exchanged on or before 7 days of your arrival date. There will be a $50 admin fee to switch dates.
  • Refunds will not be available after check-in.

Please use our self-check-in feature.
An email will be sent to you a day or two ahead of time so you can complete
your payment and receive last-minute information. Upon arrival, visitors must
stop by the Office, sign in, and pick up literature about the park. If you
arrive after hours, check-in 1st thing the following morning. Please
call us when you are about 2 hours away to see if early check-in is available
or if you know you will be late check-in so we can give you instructions on how
to enter the RV Park or Vacation Rental.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We are a young park; we opened in
the summer of 2019 and are continuing to expand our facility to make your experience
even more enjoyable. Located near the Core Creek Bridge, make the first left
after the bridge if you are coming from 101 East, and follow the road down
until you see the entry sign.  Turn left to go to the Office.  If
traveling from Beaufort, take the last right before the bridge. Check to ensure
you enter the correct address into your map app (Vacation Renters use the house
address, while RV folks use the above address. What can you do around this
area? Check the calendar and the Food and Do page on the
Beaufort Waterway RV Park website. to see what is happening while you are here and
for future events.  


Wi-Fi: We have Fiber Optic Wi-fi.  You can stream movies, surf the
Internet, and check your email simultaneously. However, we ask that you refrain
from hardcore gaming. Because so many people have Wi-Fi in their campers, we
only charge for Wi-Fi for those who want it. 

TRASH:  Please keep your RV or Vacation Rentals site clean and orderly. 
Do not leave anything outside except appropriate decorations, a tent for shade,
chairs, a fire pit, a table, a small dog pen, and a rug (camping items). 
We ask that you store your fishing items away at night. Your trash should be
placed in the dumpster provided (near the RV Park) and not
left outside.  Please do not feed the local animals by leaving your trash outside
at night.  

LAUNDRY/BATHOUSE/OFFICE:  Our laundry room is in the Office building. 
Available times are office hours or by appointment only. You will need quarters
for both washers ($1.75) and dryers ($1.50).  Please leave the washer door
open after each wash and clean the dryer.   
After Labor Day, we offer a linen service ($20 per load to wash/dry/fold).
Clotheslines are prohibited. If you need to use the restroom/laundry at night, please
let us know so we can give you the code to the area and ensure someone else is
not using the washer and dryer when you want to use them.

FIRES:  Fire pits are allowed.  Please check with the Office for county
rules and regulations.  Please check it out at the Office if you want to
borrow one.  A $50 refundable deposit will be when the pit is returned
clean and not broken.  There is an honor system for purchasing firewood. 

ICE:  Ice is available at
$3.50 for a 10lb bag or 2 for $5.00

ELECTRICITY:  If you stay over 8 days, you will be responsible for
the metered electricity at each site. So you can be on your way quickly, we
will charge your card and send you a receipt for the electricity used. 
Renters who stay 30 or more days will be given an electric bill invoice and
sent out by the 8th.  Electric bills are due by the 15th,
or a $15 late fee will be applied.   So you can be on your way quickly, we
will charge your card and send you a receipt for the electricity used.  We
encourage you to take meter readings when you arrive and just before you leave for
your records. Those sites that are not metered will be charged $5 a day.

VEHICLES:  A maximum of (2 vehicles) or (1 RV/1 boat/1 vehicle) per site when
occupied.  PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN OTHER SITES! An extra parking area is available
as needed for storage. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Office for
details. Please refrain from parking at neighboring RV sites. If your vehicle(s)
are parked in an RV site or are blocking an RV site that is not yours, the
vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.  Boats and trailers are
not to be left on your site if you leave for the weekend or come and go. 
You must reserve a place to store your boat in our boat storage. See the office
manager for details.  Please respect your neighbors and Park guests when
parking and operating your vehicles. Golf carts are permitted only for licensed
drivers with proof of insurance.  There is a coin-operated wash station
between the marina ramp gates to wash cars and/or RVs. Now that we are not in a
drought, you may wash your RV (To cover the cost of the water, we are charging
$20 plus a $20 deposit for a cone to place by your RV while you are washing
it.  The deposit will be returned when the cone is back in the Office.

ALCOHOL:  You must keep alcoholic beverages at your site only.  Any disorderly
conduct is prohibited. One verbal warning will be issued. If the problem
persists, law enforcement will be notified, and you will be requested to leave
the premises with no refund. 

SMOKING: All RV Park and Vacation Rental buildings are smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited
in any bathhouse, laundry, Office, or game room.  Please keep our park and
ICW clean. Please deposit your cigarette/cigar butts appropriately. 

THE FINE PRINT: We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the RV park without a refund
if others feel disturbed.  We reserve the right to refuse service to
anyone. Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of

SWIMMING:  It is prohibited.  Beaufort Waterway RV liability will
not cover those who swim in the ICW. The Intracoastal Waterway has a powerful
current, and boats going up and down will also make it dangerous.

SPEED LIMIT: Our speed limit is five mph inside the park, and we ask that you
especially watch for children and pets.



CHECK-IN: 11:00 AM / CHECK-OUT: 9:00 AM.   Early
arrivals may be possible if you notify us ahead of time.  Please call if
you desire to stay longer; it will be necessary to re-register by 10:00 AM at
check-out if there are available sites. The campground is not zoned for tents,
popups, or truck campers on RV sites. Site assignments are not guaranteed. RV
renters who stay < 30 days electric is included.  RV renters who stay
>30 days will have their meter read when they arrive and sent out by the 10th
Electric is due by the 15th, and a $15 late fee will be applied.
 There is a $50.00 late check-out fee, but you may stay until 4 PM unless
someone has booked on your site.

GUESTS:  adults per RV.  CHILDREN UNDER 6 STAY FREE.  There will be. 

Pet WAIVER for RVers and Vacation Rentals 

Having your pet on your vacation is a privilege.  We love our pets,

    1. I assure
      Beaufort Waterway RV Park and Core Creek Marina/RV Park/Lodging that this
      pet is in good health and that all vaccines are current. 
    2. I confirm that
      my pet is not in heat.
    3. I acknowledge
      that the pet will be on a 6 ft leash while walking in the park. 
    4. I confirm that
      I do not have more than two pets during your visit.
    5. I confirm that
      my pet has no fleas or infectious diseases.
    6. I confirm that
      if my pet is aggressive (no matter the breed or size) or an excessive
      barker that disturbs guests, you will be asked to leave immediately
      without a refund.
    7. I confirm I
      will always be with my pet when they are outside.  Do not leave your
      dog outside if you are gone. Vacation Renters must put their dog in a
      kennel if they leave the rental. 
    8. I confirm that
      my pet stays off the furniture and beds.  They are to be kenneled
      when you retire to bed or leave them in the rental property.
    9. You are
      responsible for cleaning up after your pet. (Failure to do so will result
      in a $50 fee per dropping.  Whoever reports will receive ½ of the
      fee ($25) as a reward). 
    10. I release
      Beaufort Waterway RV Park and Core Creek Marina/RV Park/Lodging, its
      employees, and owners from any liabilities but not limited to injury,
      sickness, damage, accident, or death while in the vicinity.
    11. I confirmed
      that all information I entered in this form is true and accurate.

I understand when I sign into the campground, and I am also signing that you
agree to the terms of the Pet Waiver.

CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM / CHECK-OUT: 9:00 AM.  You may be able to check-in
earlier. We will need more time to clean the rental to CDC standards. You may be able to check in at 11 am. Please call ahead to see if it ready.  

Late Check:  If you want to sleep
in or spend more time in Beaufort, we offer a late check at $10 an hour.  Please check with the office to ensure no one
is coming into your spot. 

CLEANING/LINENS: Please call ahead to find your earliest check-in
Vacation Rentals has a cleaning fee of $100 to $150, depending on the
number of bedrooms in the unit.  We check the vacation rental to ensure there
is no damage or missing items before you check out. If damages and missing
items have been determined and documented, the replacement cost will be charged
to your credit card on file. An email with reference documentation and a copy
of your charges. At this time, keys must be returned to park management before
deposits are returned.

About Beaufort

Beaufort is a coastal town in Eastern NC known for its natural beauty, historic district, picturesque scenes everywhere you go, and many local shops, restaurants, rich history, and Black Beard. Beaufort has a humid subtropical climate, but the winds off the ocean make the temperatures go up in the winter and down in the winter. Much better than inland. Black Beard: In June 1718, Blackbeard, the pirate, ran his flagship, the Queen Anne’s Revenge, and his sloop Adventure aground near present-day Beaufort Inlet, NC. Queen Anne’s Revenge was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.  Visit the Maritime Museum to see some of the treasures that were salvaged.
