Beaufort Waterway RV Sites
Waterfront, pull-through and premium back-in RV sites with 20/30/50 amp full hook-ups.

Beaufort, North Carolina
Find your place along the waterway—whether you arrive with your RV, settle into a cozy rental, or bring your boat for a coastal getaway.

Life along the waterway
Our park sits on the Intracoastal Waterway at the edge of Core Creek, where boats pass at eye level and the marsh turns copper at dusk.
Guests come for the fishing and the quiet, and stay for the mornings: coffee on a concrete patio, dolphins in the channel, and the historic Beaufort waterfront a short drive away. Sites are level and full hook-up, the ramp is private and free to use, and the office knows where the fish are biting.
What's here
We list both, so there are no surprises at check-in.
Where you'll sleep
Two RV parks on the waterway, three cabins, a farmhouse and a retro studio — all within the same gate.

Waterfront, pull-through and premium back-in RV sites with 20/30/50 amp full hook-ups.

Marina-front RV sites with 50 amp hook-ups, fire pits and a short walk to the pier.

Three coastal cabins — two directly on the water — with porches built for watching boats.

Roughly 2,000 sq ft, a big country kitchen, two enclosed porches and a wide deck.

A whimsically retro studio apartment with a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette.
A separate destination · LaBelle, Florida
Our Florida rental is a different property in a different state, with its own rates, policies and contact number.
Site 80 is a lakeside Class A motorcoach site at RiverBend Motorcoach Resort in LaBelle, Florida, with a coach house on the lot. It is rented separately from our North Carolina park — the amenities, rates and booking process are not the same.

Core Creek Marina
Slips and lifts, a free private ramp for guests, fishing piers with a cleaning station, and charters through local operators.

Food & Do
Waterfront restaurants, the Maritime Museum, wild horses on Carrot Island, and ferries to Cape Lookout — all within a short drive.

“Beautiful park right on the water. The sites are level, the hook-ups all worked, and we watched dolphins go by from our picnic table.”
“Quiet, clean and close to Beaufort. The boat ramp made the trip — we were on the water in ten minutes every morning.”
